Hello and welcome to the guide of using the Goal Tracker Dashboard—Preview Notion Template.
In this page, we will go through different databases and their fields and we will also talk about why this system is a really good one to track your goals and hopefully check them as done.
In the dashboard there are quite a number of elements. First we have the calendar, the menu, and the clock. By clicking on the different pages present in the menu you will open that page in a full view.
Then there are different elements at the bottom of the page that will help you to give you an overview of the areas of your life, your goals, the tasks you should do to get to those goals, and the journal. Down below we will go through each of these inline databases explaining each field.
First, the Areas database tracks the different areas of your life. A number of likely areas have been already created. Areas such as Health, Fitness, Personal Development etc. are among the likely areas that you will likely be interested in. You can always add, delete or modify these areas.
These are the fields in this database:
Goals are essential to have when it comes to improve your quality of life. This is the database where we define our goals based on the SMART methodology and then create related Tasks to complete this project. It’s also important to know why we’re setting this goal, for that reason there is a heading to write about it too. Let’s review the fields in this database first and then I will talk about how to best set goals and achieve them.
